got a 2001 f350 with the 5.4 i cant get any power to the fuel pump and the start wire thats goes to the starter solenoid when i turn the key it does nothing . i have checked all of the fuses and relays and the fuel cutoff switch the only thing i done was replaced the fuel pump and the key switch . i also checked the neutral switch wiring it wont do anything in park or neutral . i cant find any wiring diagrams for this truck on line they all want to charge me something so if any body can help let me know thanks
Most of the needed schematics for this type of issue have been posted in this forum by users over the years. It may take some persistence in SEARCHing to find them..
Do you have a multi-meter (or test lamp) and know how to use it? Without that tool and some basic knowledge, it's pretty much impossible to do anything beyond first-level visual checks or "replace and pray".
Start by doing a careful and complete inventory of what does and does not work (electrical).

i went out today and removed the inertia switch and cycled the switch a few times and put it back in and the fuel pump has power now .so i lucked out there ... now i just need to find out why i am not getting power to the start wire on the solenoid ,.i am gona get a new nss switch and hope that it is bad . thanks for the replies
