I have not tried to use mine yet but the manual states:
"The spot lamps are on the forward-facing side of the exterior mirrors. Switch on the spot lamps by pressing the buttons above the lighting control with the parking lamps on."
Not sure if it makes a difference but I see you have the lights on auto. You may try to switch them over to parking lights only and see if the spot lamps come on when you press the button.
EDIT - I just checked mine with the lights on and it worked.

Now you got me wanting to check mine. I was sure they only work with the parking lights on, not headlights.
Is there a way to turn the puddle lights on other than opening a door? They might be helpful when parking at night to light up the curb.
Are your switches lighting up to indicate that the spots are on? That might help point you in a direction for troubleshooting.
Good question. I dont usually look at them as I activated them when moving at a crawl along edge of road. I am pretty sure that when activated something illuminates orange on them however to indicate they are on.
I just went out and played around with mine, they work in any headlight setting besides off. They only stay on till about 5mph and cant be turned back on until stopped. And yes, ON is illuminated when they are on.
Digging here, but having issues with my passenger side spot light on my 2021 f450. They come on but the passenger side light will slowly turn off and then come back on again. Any ideas?
