Has anyone ever installed one of these? The slip tank goes into the back of your box and then you buy an accessory kit where it gravity feeds into your diesel fill line. There is a shutoff valve at the tank but I think you are supposed to leave it open and your tank is always full as long as the transfer tank has fuel in it.
The idea doesn't sit right with me. I was wondering if anyone runs a system like this, how long would it take to fill the tank if you stopped on the road (just to avoid filling stations with a travel trailer) and drove with the valve closed/disconnected most of the time?
