Tire Help / Recommendations

This truck is eating tires every 2 years on the front end. It doesn’t live an easy life but this is getting old. Put on June 2018. Everything in the front end has been looked at multiple times.

unless I should just expect to get rid of tires every 2 years.

First is cupped like hell just hard to tell. Second is just awful.

Tire cupping is usually a sign that your suspension needs attention. Often, but not always, the shock absorbers.

This article may shed some light on the issue.

Thanks. I did replace the shocks but the tires were likely worn before than and just got worse over time. I don’t think you can wear a tire right after it’s worn out wrong.

Do you rotate your tires at every 5,000 mile oil change? Also if living in snow belt, maybe give summer tires a break and swap 'em out for the winter snows.
