I own a 1972 F100. This truck does NOT have the original engine. My father bought this truck new in 1972. It came with a 302 engine. In 1987, my brother swapped in a 1969 351 Cleveland. Yes, it is a Cleveland, and I am aware this engine never came in a truck. The left exhaust manifold exits right where the clutch rod attaches. The pipe was fabricated, but due to lack of room, the clutch rod keeps wearing a hole in the pipe. Does anyone have any idea where I can find either shorty headers or manifolds with a center dump? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
