Reviving old vehicles. Suggestions?

Pull all the plugs out and put as much liquid wrench in those cylinders as you can get in there. Then walk away for a few days. Come back and use a cheater bar on the crank, get a quarter turn on that crank, then put in as much liquid wrench in the cylinders as possible. Keep at it in that way, employing a lot of patience. It will work.
