Just wondering if anyone with a regular cab has installed one of these organizers from Du Ha. https://www.du-ha.com/fordf250-f550s...rcab17-19.html It says you remove the factory jack and tools and then reinstall them into the organizer. It seems this would hold it in place. Looking for someone with real knowledge of the product before I decide to buy one. The instructions from the website talk about drilling and I am not doing that. https://www.du-ha.com/media/wysiwyg/...egular_cab.pdf
Will let you know just got one for my regular cab. Little cheaper on Amazon.
I have no issue shooting self tapping screws through, especially on this truck. Little desire to remove it as another model will be out before I wear this one out. Will coat any exposed screw with silicon.
Do they make aluminum self tapping screws? Thats my question.
I put one in my F450, fitment was good. I did didn't use fasteners. Did use some heavy duty velcro on the drivers side. Hasn't moved and helps things from rolling around.

Velcro is a great idea. I try to avoid drilling any holes in a vehicle.
About the container, it seems spendy for what is essentially a flower box insert. For those of you that have it, is the heft and fitment worth the extra $150?
I had a Du Ha under seat storage unit for a 15 GMC. The construction was OK - it's plastic. The GMC version was held on with straps. This one looks like you use the jack post to hold in place.
I had one of those in my last truck and didnt much care for it. For the new truck I just put a mechanic’s backpack behind the seat an all my stuff lives in that. I have a separate sack for tie downs and towing bits
