351m vacuum

Just got a 79 f250 super cab 351m and I feel As if the vacuum lines are hooked up incorrectly. So my problem is, I do Not understand the vacuum diagram. Can someone let me know what is supposed to connect to what, show me photos of how it should look, or teach me to understand the diagram? Thanks in advance
