I'm searching for some suggestions on my 1990 f150. 300 inline 6, new coil, new fuel filter, new pressure regulator, new distributor cap, wires and plugs, new fuel pump relay and EEC relay, and finally a new computer board. I've got spark and I have 50lb pressure at my fuel rail but she will not start. I can make her run spraying fuel into the throttle body. I have a new pickup coil and a new ignition module but have not installed them yet. I'm wondering if anyone can give me any other suggestions on what to look for here?
Sounds like your injectors are not firing. You should check them with a test light. You said "new computer board". Does that mean you serviced the ECU yourself?

auto or manual, have you check for codes, would it start with old PCM, did you get the right PCM, can you post your calibration code, that is located on driver B-pillar, or driver door jamb, our gurus can tell you which PCM is compatible for your truck pic courtesy of subford
I took the board out, opened it up and found 2 of the capacitors with burnt off legs. Took it down to advanced and matched one up with my vin factory set and it came the next day. I thought the injectors weren't firing also. I'll check them for power next. Thank you guys
On my 89 F150, I had bad from the factory wire. After testing for power and not finding it where I should, I worked backward and found that one wire had a slight bump in it. I cut it open only to find green corrosion had completely eaten away the continuity in the place. I replaced the wire and problem was solved. I said all that to say this, perhaps the wiring that controls the injections is at fault.

From all the diagnostic data you've provided, I would agree that it certainly sounds like a fuel injector issue. I'd start by checking the resistance on each of the injectors, but it seems more likely that it's a 12V issue going to all the injectors.
