LAZY TAKE OFF
My 94 F150 died on me , I replaced the PCM and the ICM ended up replacing the distributor to get it running . Will crank and run good but is lazy on take off . Anyone have any suggestions?

Did you set the timing to ten degrees before top dead center with the spout connector removed?

It is a new computer had not been ran on it . does it still make a difference?

what motor, trans, check for codes, which ICM did you get, grey or black,

If you replaced the distributor, you should reset the timing.

What color ICM did you replace with? Your truck should have had a Black ICM. Using a Grey ICM will give you issues.
