Thermactor Tube Question
I have an 89 f-150 351. I am replacing the manifolds and y-pipe with aftermarket ones. The thermactor tube off the cat is in a different position thatn the stock one so I cannot use the original. Can I just block it off or is there a flexibletubing or something I can use to replace it?

There is a tube just as you describe, made for that purpose available from places such as Autozone. It's a blue high temp rubber hose that comes with clamps and fittings, about 2 feet long, and about $20. That's what I used when I installed my hi flo cat, and the rest of my exhaust.
