Thank you. That block is the same size as my 19, but you are sitting 1/2" higher up front, and 3/4" higher in the rear based on those measurements.
I'm stock with, stock tires. So, if that truck had the same size tires as mine, it would be exactly the same height up front, and only 1/4" higher out back. I believe Tremor requires high capacity tow package, making it have more leaves in the rear and probably contributes to some added height. This is all assuming we are measuring to the same points.
I really like the look after the rear was lowered a bit. On mine when I hooked up my 5th wheel the truck was very close to level, so I'm a little hesitant changing the rear blocks.

Same. I don't have a 5th wheel but do have a travel trailer. To me it looks like it leans towards the rear a little.

It looks like its low in the rear to me too but its only in the pictures. I measured again about 900 times and it is about 1/2" higher in the back.
I also used a level on the box rails and it showed to be slightly higher in the back. Compared to same degree of level on the pavement.

I appreciate the pics!! I was thinking maybe swapping in a 1- 1/2 spacer instead of no spacer.
Does Ford market the Tremor package as having a 2" front lift, or is it the dealers and reviewers making that up? From everything I have seen, it's not actually 2" higher up front, than any of the non Tremor builds.

On my 2017 F-350, I used those PFM, or what ever their name is, 1.5" spacers with 2.5 degrees angle and they worked perfect. Gives you just a little bit of
front to rear rake and no drive line vibrations. That is my 2017 with the 1.5" spacers. But with my Tremor I wanted level front to back.
