Question Looking for a more comfortable ride!

My apologies if this question has been asked and answered before, but i could not find anything when i did a search.

I have a 2001 F250 XLT SD 4x4 long bed v10 and am looking for a smoother ride when towing my Jayco trailer. I know its a tough order to make a solid axle leaf spring 4x4 ride smoother, but i know some have converted to newer coil spring style and some air bags. i am wondering if there is a preferred way or if its just not possible to get a smoother ride on this big beast.

Any advice or personal experience in either conversion or other ideas is more than welcome!

Tire size, tire psi, what shocks are on the vehicle, age of shocks, what springs, are springs sagged out?

Custom coilover set or a coil spring conversion would be ideal, not cheap though.

If you want coils then best bet is a 05-16 rolling chassis so you can swap everything across.

My brothers 71 Mercury Marquis had one of the best rides that I can remember. With the 460, it would probably tow your Jayco no problem!!
