BeauFORD, Copy and thanks. FYI visited Bob Hoffman's Barbell hall of fame back in the Summer of 1974. I'm originally from 15021, in Washington County, PA. Sitting at home this evening W/my wife baby sitting our 2 1/2 year old grand daughter. I'm okay W/us baby sitting, want to wash and polish the wife's Mariner tomorrow AM, were suppose to have good weather. Like how neat / clean your engine bay looks, nice job. Was considering installing the Elderbrock aluminum performer heads on my 77 F-150, 400 until I checked W/Edelbrock yesterday, unfortunately I can't legally do it while living in CA.
On a different note, wish and yours a happy and safe New Year.
EQCMCAT, Thanks for the compliment and sorry that the Edelbrock heads won't workout for you. Enjoy your evening with your wife and granddaughter and Happy new year to you and yours also. Thanks.
Excellent, BeauFord, I take the heat works well now.
Yes, the heater is definitely blowing hot air out of the vents. Thankfully with the help from this forum it was a fairly easy fix. Now I'm excited for some colder air outside to see if my cab is capable of holding the hot air in and keeping the cold air out. Thanks again.
I drove my old '79 without heat for several years, pulled my hair out and wore union suits (long johns) under my clothing because I couldn't keep from freezing my behind off. The day the heat began working was like a basic human need finally being met, OMG was that a good day.
