wiper problem
I only have one speed, medium. I can hear a clicking sound under the dash closer to the passenger door, sometimes when I am touching the wiper arm. I found this online, I think it's called a wiper control module near the cowel panel near the passenger door. Is this part bad?

Could be, but I'd suspect the switch on the wiper/turn signal arm first. I think that clicking noise is for the washer fluid relay that runs the washer fluid pump, If it engages at just the touch of the wiper arm you probably have something wrong in that area like a short or loose/bad connection, or a damaged switch..
