The smaller grey wiring harness has multiple wires, but my switch only has one pin to accommodate only one of these wires ( see picture) Are the remaining wires used on the harness associated with AUTO LAMP feature? In other words, if I buy the switch with AUTO LAMP wheel, am I good-to-go? I did not notice a photo-eye under any grill on top of dash. Did I miss it if these wires are for that feature?
Im unclear if the second wheel is merely a "timer" for headlights to go off once parked, lighting your way....or if it also auto-turns on the headlights when dark? I could care less about the auto lamp feature, but when I saw all the unused wires in the smaller harness, I got to thinking I may be pre-wired...just need the fancier switch....
