The mirror mounts Jimbomitch speaks of changed from three holes to four in model year 2003 I believe. All door trim, glass and hardware swaps right over. I'm told the hinges on the side doors could be different but as long as any door is transferred with the hinges it came with there'd be no compatibility issues. They will fit every body and every door shell.
