I just was installing new preloaded calipers from ford and new rotors as well. Drivers side is wedging against the caliper main outer housing but the passenger side went together perfectly. I also replaced the rear calipers and rotors a month ago with no issues. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I have my boss's lift tied up now.

 

Next time you need to state the model and year.

You have a ‘99, so the early year trucks used different hubs and rotors. Either you got one wrong year rotor with it’s offset, or prior someone switched to a later model hub if both rotors are exactly the same.

You got the wrong rotor most likely. Calipers are all the same... Bearings are different also.

 

That's what someone else said last night. Going to compare and measure all new parts to the old ones and see what's different.
