I have a 2004 ford f 350 4x4 diesel dually . I used the 4x4 ,then started having trouble with what I thought was the transmission. It was hard shifting and popping at times. Once I put it in to 3rd and the truck went in reverse. After putting a snap on tool scanner it said the pcm . I change the pcm and it seemed better for a little bit I drove it about 10 miles going only up to 30mph then it started doing the same thing. I was told I needed to have it flashed . Does anyone know if that would be the problem.?
