EEC location

Hi I'm gonna ask anyone out there who can help me out. I have a 1994 F250 7.3idi turbo. Im having problems with flashing od light. For the life of me i cant find where i would find EEC plug. Not sure whats going on since this is the year they switched over

it's on the Fender near the hood hinge on the driver's side

BTW the Computer is on the same side behind the firewall under the Brake Booster.
