No, the inside set of duals will hit the frame. A dually rearend is about 4 inches wider than a single wheel rearend, about 2 inches on each side. They make spacers and long stud kits to convert to a dually setup, but they are not cheap. And then you have to modify your bed fenders to clear the wheels if you have a stock pickup bed.
