Can our truck pull this?
we have a 97 f150 5 speed and we are looking at a 87 royal camper which is 32', our ? is, will we be able to pull this big of a trailer with out distroying our truck? Thanks for replies.

Probably not. Campers cause a lot of wind drag and are hard to pull even if they aren't heavy. What is the weight of the trailer? Size, load rating of your tires? GVWR, tow specs for truck? Does trailer axles have brakes and truck a electric trailer brake controller? Everyone I know with a 32' recommends 3/4 T up. Do you have 4.2LV6 or 4.6LV8? Tow package would help with additional cooling for engine and auto trans if you had it. Depending on your rear axle you might could pull it home but I personally wouldn't recommend traveling far with your truck without more info.
