E350 water separator valve
Any hints for opening/closing the water separator valve on a 1993 E350 7.3IDI (a retired ambulance)?
I can barely get my fingers on the valve; but, can't put enough torque on the **** to turn it.

Not really any good way in a van. I hated working on the stock filter assy. I finally got fed up and replaced all my fuel system with an R&D Stage 1 filter apparatus on the frame rail. No more dumping diesel and water all over the top of my engine.
