I know nothing about these fuel pumps can someone tell which one is the inlet and which is the outlet and what the hose on top for is that because it’s vacuum operated or? Thanks for the help
Does it work OK, good pressure and volume? I bet it's tough to find an exact replacement these days. The older pump materials don't get along with modern fuel.

I don’t know the condition so far it won’t suck fuel but I think I found a new one on rock auto that has the vacuum lines on the top
Are the hard steel fuel lines clear prior to the pump, any rubber fuel hose fresh w/ good tight clamps, and the tank itself free of varnish sludge and sediment? Just thinking outloud.

the tank was out and the lines were removed when I got the truck so that’s why I don’t know
