Not sure on the bottom in/out but the top ones are for the vacuum wipers.

Does it work OK, good pressure and volume? I bet it's tough to find an exact replacement these days. The older pump materials don't get along with modern fuel.

I don’t know the condition so far it won’t suck fuel but I think I found a new one on rock auto that has the vacuum lines on the top

Are the hard steel fuel lines clear prior to the pump, any rubber fuel hose fresh w/ good tight clamps, and the tank itself free of varnish sludge and sediment? Just thinking outloud.

Those aren't even correct for a Y block I would suggest you run a line from the new pump to a clean can of gas for initial fire up.

One line to the wiper motor, the other to the intake manifold.
