Check the harness real good at the back of the engine on the right side. I've seen many times where the harness retainers are broken and the harness is laying on the exhaust. I've also seen the rubber check ***** in the valvebody split apart and get lodged in the separator plate causing the TCC to stay engaged.

Thanks Longbed ....I did find a 02 sensor wire laying against the exhaust manifold.... but it looks still in good shape since it has a protective heat wrap on it.... but may still change it anyway...... checked all wiring looms underneath they're good...
But still have an intermittent right blinker and brake light not working half of the time....I mention this because it started exactly at the same time the trans n stalling acted up..
I did unhook all vacuum lines and plug them up....which fixed the stalling.... but either I have a vacuum leak somewhere...or truck engine running almost perfect because now the fuel pressure has gone from 31 PSI to 40 PSI with the vacuum unhooked from the pressure regulator.
Oh my garsh!.
What you are doing is all over the map and grabbing at straws.
Removing the vacuum line from the fuel regulator and seeing the pressure rise is NORMAL. The vacuum applied is to lower the pressure at idle when that much fuel is not needed on the injector rails. Put it back on. You do not prove or fix anything by removing it.
Go back to the codes. They are set because the PCM detects trouble on those circuits and it shows up in your drivability issues.
Brake light goes to the rear in the same harness area. Think there might be a connection?
When you pull things apart like this you only introduce more issues and create more confusion for yourself besides looking foolish.
