ABS C1095
Dealing with a c1095 on a 2006 mountaineer. From the pin point test j it looks like a replacement hcu is needed. Other than the connector it just states bad hcu. Would a donor hcu need the abs module reprogrammed? I see the electronic module can be separated from the pump with a few fastners. What normally goes bad, pump or electronic module? If the old module is installed on a replacement pump assembly would this repair the problem? Can someone help me diagnosis this c1095. I don't have a scanner which can activate the pump, only pull codes.
