V10 Long Block
Replacing V10 engine in F450 4x4 with ford reman 170,000 miles. No vehicle history but typical fleet truck. What else should I replace, Injectors, coil packs, 02 sensors? I want this to be somewhat reliable but I am not wanting to replace parts unnecessarily. Thx

The only major item I would replace is torque converter.
170,000 miles is kinda worn out for a reman. Remember the crank, rods, cams, ect probably have 200,000 more miles on them.
But I would also replace the exhaust manifold studs reguardless of contition. I would also put a new oil cooler on......Basically all the difficult to reach parts, while motor is not installed.
