No start condition
Good idea to have scanned for & posted up the P0743 trouble code & to have checked those other things but we need some more info to hazard a beginning guess on what the Root cause might be.
We need to know if its a no crank problem, or if the starter cranks the engine up to speed ok but it won't fire to try & run???
Has the problem came about slowly over time, like having some previous starting problems that cleared up, or has this problem come about suddenly after some event?
If it won't crank, try shifting into "N" & see if the starter will crank it strong / up to speed & it'll start & run. If it does, that'll suggest the battery, its connections & charge are ok, so then have a look at the TRS on the drivers side of the tranny, back about under the seat. Check for damage to the wiring & electrical connector to the TRS, including the pins & sockets for loose fit, bad wire crimp, bent pins, spread sockets, corrosion on them & make sure the TRS is tightly mounted with all of its fasteners in place. If all those things check out, but it won't crank in "P", suspect the TRS.
If it cranks up to speed ok in "P" the TRS & battery are ok but if it won't fire & try to run & you don't have any other codes, remember it takes air, fuel & spark to make em run & good compression, fuel pressure, spark & valve timing, to make em run well.
So break out your inductive timing light to safely check for spark & timing when cranked & your fuel pressure gauge to safely check for proper fuel pressure which should be 64 +/-8 psi.
Some beginning thoughts for consideration, let us know what you find.
