I am experiencing a weird idle issue, truck starts up fine but once gets out of the cold cycle it starts doing this every ~40 seconds. There’s a popping sound (heard in video) then the RPM dips and floats for a bit. While all this is going on the trucks idle goes from smooth to rough every now and then. The popping is coming from the right side of the truck (facing steering wheel). I wanna say it sounds like it’s coming from the EGR (we pulled off throttle body to change gasket and holy carbon buildup) so it could be a possibility. Scanned for codes and got all systems pass so i’m not exactly sure what it is. Thanks
I would suspect the IAC or EGR. Disconnect the vacuum line at the EGR and apply some vacuum to it. See if the truck runs worse while vacuum is applied and better when not. Also see if it is consistent and if the EGR holds vacuum.

Best way to go about this? Pick up a vacuum thing from advanced? What would be the best option to test this
