putting in reman 5.4 3v , is worth the effort to install true duals behind the cats. its 250 sd that i mostly cruise in. like the room.
I will say no. Unless you like to spend that much on just sound and looks. You're not going to gain enough to make any real difference unless you do something to make your truck INHALE more air. And again, more money and not enough return, IMHO.

Not exactly true as in true duals won’t turn OP’s engine into a 4.6 and destroke the engine, but as long as he doesn’t use coffee can diameter pipes, he won’t lose exhaust flow, either.
