Better Sounding Tip

Hey everyone, I'm trying to decide if I want to get a bigger exh. tip. Right now I have a 5" O.D. 6" long tip. Sound is ok but MKO has a 20x6x4 tip. I just wanted some oppinions about the difference in sound I should get. Louder the better

I don't know about that tip, but I think a longer and bigger tip would make a difference in the sound.

As you can tell I have no idea what I am talking about but it is good enough to bump you to the top.

I got the one from MKO and ya it looks great and its a nice product but for me,it sticks out WAY to far. Looks awkward. I cut mine down and it still looks a bit too long. Gonna have to fab up something to make it look the way i want.

Ha! pretty much missed the point of the thread

It sounds very very nice! Deep, Loud, and neighbors have commented more then once "i always think there is a garbage truck coming down the street" Definitely worth it for the sound aspect - the looks are the only problem i had.

thanks for the tip guys. i really wanted to do a straight pipe, but the last time it got my oil changed the guys asked me if i had a straight pipe, i said no. they said something about the law changed back in october to were you have to have a muffler...bummer. but thanks guys!
