resenators

just one question. Do resenators hold in any noticable sound? If i took 2 resenators off of my truck would it be a bit louder (if any)?

Yes, it will get louder by removing the resonators. By removing them you might get a drone in certain rpms like 1800 to 2100 rpm but it probably wont be to bad.

Resonators are designed to only quiet certain frequencies, usually to eliminate drone caused by certain tones, like 95 F150 said. They dont exactly muffle like regular mufflers do.

You will get more sound, though usually not a lot louder. Depends on car/engine type, etc.

is the droning sound annoying? I have a 5.4 with a magnaflow dump and i just want it to be a little bit louder...

Its annoying to some, to others it isnt. IMO, driving around town, its not bad. On a long trip it drives me up the wall.

does the droning sound good?... or does it just make the exhaust sound cheap
