The 6.2L engine has a very solid reputation for reliability, overall.
Spark plugs should be done at 100k km, not 160k km; this is because they can become weak and cause poor burn conditions that affect the cats.
There have been a few reports of broken valve springs; again, very rare.
Some early engines had an issue with oil consumption; a design issue with the PCV system that was resolved with a redesign a few years back.
Go to youtube and search "Ford 6.2L problems" and you'll see how very few videos there are concerning issues with this engine.
