HAHA....it is definitely a transition. However, there are many “tips and tricks” online that has helped. My wife homeschools our 7 year old and I work from home. That is our biggest challenge.

That sounds like an awesome set-up. Your daughter will definitely reap the benefits. The "work" at home part would be my problem. Keep us posted as your journey progresses.

My wife and I returned home yesterday after 7 months on the road. We've decided to go full time. Theres so much beautiful out there to see and enjoy. We'll soon have a home for rent in Tampa if any y'all are interested .. lol ..

I see all of those small propane bottles. The RV company's and Camping World sale an adapter to fill them from your large bottles. Costs maybe 25 cents per bottle to fill that way.

Big Green Egg, FTW! Love my large side BGE. I bought a knockoff medium for camping, thinking it would be a lot lighter than the large. It was lighter, but not enough to make moving it around easy.

Thank you for the advice! I don’t use them often. They are for the lantern.

I have a large in a table. I also have a minimax. I am considering taking out my outdoor fridge and putting the MM in that space. It is still heavy, but I can handle it.

1) The time you're allowed to stay in the US each year (what is it, 7 months?) is more than enough to cover the winters - I know a bunch of Canadians that do it, and

2) My wife is the one who sold the house from under us!

I should, but no. I use a cardboard box and pack the coal bag beside it.

We moved our house to the Smokey Mountains for the week. Pigeon Forge has been our second home for many years! Truck and trailer pulled like a dream as always!
