He was real good so it was easy. Wife is going to have to have her wisdom teeth cut out, that is what is causing her pain.
The new belt tensioner came in for the dodge yesterday, the old one is shot. I will get that put on tomorrow along with the door seal . Division General Manager meeting at our store today with lots of big wigs around so no truck work at lunch.

Even if he was acting up you would have still enjoyed it. When she getting them cut out? Get some Jack Daniels have rub iron her gums it an effective pain killer and if that doesn't work drink it all. I keep her in my prayers.

At church last night was asked to be in the Christmas play.

See Ortho Dr Monday about my left knee. It maybe time for a 3rd scope or finally time for an upgrade to a new knee. It be after Christmas before I do any thing.

Camping world gave me a $200 dollar gift card to get that stuff when we bought the motorhome. I did buy a water pressure limiter and fresh water hose, on Amazon of course.
I have been slowly taking some of the numerous pumpkins and tons of halloween decorations that little man acquired down to the basement. So far he has not noticed any of it missing. Need to get some storage bins from Walmart to stick it all in for next year.

Yay it's friday!!
Good Sam sent me a flyer in the mail to get tire replacement coverage for $60 bucks a year on the motorhome. They will pay for the tire and rim repair or replacement if I get a flat. They should have sent me that BEFORE we went on vacation. We want to do some updating to the motorhome interior and do more camping.

The daughter asked the wife last night if we were wanting to sell the dodge, she told her no. Told her I have been doing a ton of work to it to get it right and I need it for driving in the snow if we get some this year. The door seal came from Soft Seal so it's top quality, will get it installed today along with the belt tensioner. The second door seal will be delivered today and will have to wait till the rain stops to get installed.

I called and made reservations for the week of Christmas in Brunswick @ golden Isles campground. A week was 210. If she has it will get donna to buy a 100.00 in gas to cover her share of camping. It nice having someone to split cost with. Have you ever been to that campground in Cave Spring? I saw it in the Passport America Listing. The forest river owners group sent me a promo code for PA 2 years for cost of 1. It will pay for itself first time I use it.

Donna need the little trailer at her house for clean up work. I need to get out to the land a bring some lumber home for the shop. Between my knee and rain looks like it may be a while. My left knee is acting up again. See ortho Monday it either a torn meniscus again or it maybe time for the replacement. been putting it of for years. either way not going to do anything till Jan.

Lexie is out of the mental ward everyone except the dr felt she should stay. She already raising hell with my daughter and her mother. She forgot my # and no one will give it to her. all she wants it for is to try and make me feel bad. That ain't happening because I am not going to talk to her. Keep praying for her

I pass by the campground everyday back and forth to work. We thought about going there but they have a 2 day minimum stay. If we camp again in the spring it will be in the Tennessee mountains. There is a strange popping coming from the motorhome when I try to drive it. I am going to look at the u-joints in the jack shaft. It did it the first time as we were driving home, a quick pop and you could feel the motorhome jerk just for a second. Now when I put it in drive it will not move, put it in reverse and it pops and then moves just fine. Don't think it's brakes but not ruling anything out at this point. If we do the annual spring beach trip we might just rent a motel room or save the money and take extra days and hang out in Orlando before and after the cruise.

Which transmission do you have? If the Allison 4 speed with the toggle switch I know what the problem is.

Yes I have the Allison 4 speed.
Do you mean the touch pad to put the transmission in gear?

Never got a chance to put the pulley or the door seals on the truck. Spent the day trying to finish up what we had in the shop. The check engine light came on in the Hummer, it is going to need an 02 sensor. Think I will change the transmission fluid and filter on it when I change out that sensor.

Yep. That transmission. It was originally a cable shift transmission. The put the electric shifter on it. The shifter was used on garbage trucks .
on the right side of the transmission there is a small box. Inside that box are to relays . There were know for going bad in motorhomes.
Know the bad news I don't remember the name of the shifter. There is a place in Tx that may have them, but I don't remember that name either. Both relays assy are around 100.
You may have a different shifter . Mine was a toggle switch
It was a after market not Allison

Thinking about it more I think mine is a 6 speed with electronic control. I'll have to look and see what's going on. Want to do some interior updating in the spring so we have no plans to take her out for now. The spring beach trip may just be a long weekend and a hotel room. I want to take a majority of my vacation time around the time of the cruise anyway.

1998 american tradition.
I am leaning more towards the jack shaft u-joints. I'm 99% percent sure it's not an internal transmission issue. It's either the u-joints, something in the brakes or maybe a front wheel bearing. The first time it did it we were going about 30 miles an hour coming home. Last weekend it did it as I was trying to pull it forward a few feet. It popped and then the coach moved fine. Hard to tell when the pop is coming from because I am in the driver's seat but it seems to be coming from somewhere in the back of the motorhome. Someone from the RV forum suggested looking at the the brake actuators, I might have gotten some tire debris in or on one when the front tire exploded. Ruling nothing out right now.
