Been preaching A-pillar cleaning for awhile now. Should be done every now and then. Neglect can lead to rust or fire.

I have a heater that looks like the OP. The cable on the Fan Lo Hi, pull heat goes into a plenum. Is there a valve in the plenum or does it just control air? There is not a valve under the hood. I was thinking coolant ran through the heater core all the time on this 1965 F250. I also have the rod with the DEF OFF and ON marked. The heater core is disconnected, I will also need replacement ducts
