Box light removal

I have the factory bed lights inside my bed, i need to replace one, does anyone have a schematic on this, or instructions? Not sure if I go through the tail light or just pop the old light out. Thanks

There's a tab on the bottom and it will pop out. Small flathead screwdriver or plastic pry tool will work.
