200$ No engine or trans, rust on the rocker panels and the deck lid and inside the trunk. I'm planning a restore just not sure what engine to put in it, I have a 302 and a FMX trans that will probably do for now. BTW the interior needs a headliner and door panels along with front buckets cause the front bench has to go.
Yeah, no bench seat. 289/302 4speed, lift the rear a little, they just don't look quite right at "stock" rear lift. I remember this is a unibody, check it out good.
'72 chevelle with 502 Ultimate Street motor (605lbs torque @4400, 630hp @5600) with a 12 bolt rear w/4.10's posi-trac. M20 4SPD. trans w/hurst shifter. AARRHHH AAARRRHHH AARRRHHH!!! not a great cruiser, but will blow anyone away for sure in the 1/4 mile.
Picked one up at a junk yard southern outskirts of Cheyenne for $50.00 in1974. Siver paint, grey int. hardtop.
Changed the oil and ZOOM!
I'd run I-25 south wide open, pegged that 140 mile hour speedo 'till I hit the state line with Colorado. There was a bar there called the clowns den, knew the owners, tip a few and head on to Denver. Do the same on the way back. Sold it to a used car dealer on the north side of Chyennne for a $100.00 when I enlisted.
One of the most fun cars I ever had. (that sucker was one ofthe first "unibody" amereican cars.)
i totally agree krocklein, but i dont think i would ever let my dream ride out of the garage if it wasnt a beautiful sunny day anyway. it is a little overkill but.....gotta love the power maybe a plan 502 ram jet would be slightly more practicle
Hey Vanhecht! I see that your dreamcar is a 74 Camaro. That was my first car! Cherry red with a 350 under the hood. I used to drag race it down the boulevard with the local punks. Had lots of fun in it, god knows how I never killed myself. Did my first oil change on that car. Sold it to buy second car, a 87 Mustang w/turbo.
My dreamride, 67 Corvette convertable, red with white interior and top.
Actually mine is not a car or truck. I have a picture in my head of the chopper that I WILL be building sometime in the near future. I've had this idea for so long, every detail is complete, except the color. The only paint will be on the frame, and on select parts just to break up the chrome. Fenders and gas tank will be chromed. Solo seat, chicks ride on the fender. If they are willing to ride on the fender, they are willing to ride..........
well I have 3 dream TRUCKS

Hmm... for greedy ol' me I'd take an '02 Firehawk, a slew of upgrades for my '97 T/A WS6 plus the money to fix a few things on it, or a 2003 Corvette Z06. All of those black on gray. Muaha.
I'd also love to get ahold of a 1971 blue Mustang Boss, just to give it to my dad. He's a HUGE Mustang fan (older Mustangs though, he shares my sentiments on the modern economy car styled Mustangs), and still misses his old yellow '71 Cleveland 351 'Stang with the Boss exterior and racing stripes. And given I already have my favorite car in the entire world, I figure he needs a dream car more than me.
I'm sure he wouldn't mind one of those redesigned 2005 'Stangs though... ooh yeah. Those even pique my interest.
