How is the CPS (Camshaft Position Sensor)? Does the Tachometer needle move while cranking?
Doesn’t crank at all

Did you try starting in neutral instead of park?

Have you tried replacing the starter itself?

Rudolph did this a few years ago and come to find out the starter was dead-dead.
