You mentioned your aftermarket radio is a JVC. What model number is it? If you post a pic that would help us in troubleshooting.
Oh yes sorry I had to wait until I got off work. Right now I have a JVC KD-R200 sorry I can’t currently get a picture but that’s the number on the front of the radio. Does that help?
yes Ok that helps... what I can say about your Radio is that the Power Amp in it uses a single IC type Amp (IC 301.. TB2926AHQ is the Part number)
It is a good possibility there is an issue with that circutry and it can cause loss of all channels at the same time. I would start looking there Providing you have verified that all the wiring and the speakers are good.
Here is an Image of where to start digging... it may be a simple cold solder joint which isn't always easy to find....

so this is something inside the radio? Also here’s a fun note, the speakers have been working perfectly for the last two days.
Yes, the troubleshooting Lonewolf indicated needs to be done inside the radio. Might not be worth it since it's just an aftermarket JVC radio. Maybe if it was the OE radio and your truck was headed for concours restoration...

Let us know if you open up that radio.
X2 ... yepper inside the Radio.... the problem is most likely a cold solder joint or Cracked PCB indicated by the intermittent nature ... I doubt there are any component failures as that would cause it to Never Function or have very distorted Audio output. ..... But it is the only thing that I see that is common to all speakers.
Now it could be caused by an intermittent Transistor in the Power Regulation to IC103 or the Muting Circuit.
Tigerlillyrk you can search your JVC model number and find full service manual for that radio at https://elektrotanya.com
A working Knowledge of electronics is really needed for this troubleshooting.

yeah I’ll probably end up buying a new head unit because I’ve been wanting one. But I might open it up for fun. Like I said, right now they are working great so idk
