Hi guys !
I've a question for you !
My headlight switch on my 1988 Ford F-250 351 engine is done.
My question is : How many years is this piece made on the truck? Is the 1991 piece fit on the 1988, for example? Between 1988 and 1995 same pieces fit ? I dunno.
Not to add confusion, but if you get one from a junkyard, you can grab any year as long as you also grab the connector from that truck. I have a switch for an 89 in my 95 truck. Just used the 89 connector and move the wires to the correct spots.
with the way these switches burn out i would never replace with a junkyard switch.
a new switch and wiring connector should be less than around $25 from a parts store.

I would almost agree with you, but the motorcraft bricknose switch I put in has lasted longer than the last part store switch
