my 2 cents on deleting a truck. I deleted mine because the def system went out not once, but twice, before ford came out with the extended warranty. the cost to delete was about the same as the cost to fix, so why replace what will fail again.

That what I’m thinking. I’ve heard people say deleting the diesel has byproducts. Better mpg and more power. For what I do with mine I’m not In need of more power don’t get me wrong I will take it. But that nit why I’m looking to get it done. Really I’m looking to avoid the costly repairs related to having the def and other emissions restricting my 6.7. So if by deleting I get better mpg and power great as long as I can avoid repair bills associated with those systems that what I’m looking to do. I figure the more moving parts more things to go wrong, go out and need fixing. That why I’m on the look out for a mid to late 70’s ford truck to pick up for a good price and fix it up. So anyone knows where I can find one let me know
