Help please

I tried posting several days ago, and now I cannot find the thread. I tried looking through The Super Duty Tech Folder I dunno if I’m getting lost in the comments and links or what... but I am hoping someone can clearly explain to me what wire comes to what.
I am attempting to put 08 style tow mirrors on my 2005 Excursion. Both have electric adjust, heat and turn. The harnesses do not match. I am willing to connect with bullets or spades... but I do not know which wire does what (what gets connected to what)

Black harnesses are newer tow mirrors. Grey harnesses is factory.
