Question Gray Vacuum Hose

There's a little gray vacuum hose that's loose by the AC blower on the passenger side, I probably knocked it off but can't seem to locate where it supposed to go.

Any ideas?
2000 FORD EXCURSION 6.8 V10 2WD.

Likely the vac hose for the heat. Look for a round actuator with a port on the front of it in your heater hose.

Thumbs up Fixed

I attached it there yesterday but I guess I had to turn off the A/C and back on for it to work!. The Vacuum hose is actually brittle.
I added a clear hose to lengthen it and attach it to the EGR!

Glad that you have it sorted out, but that is the heater valve that actually only closes when the HVAC is set to MAX AC. Most V-10 EXs do not have an EGR, if your does have one it would attach at the throttle body and driver's side exhaust manifold.
Those little vacuum lines can get very brittle over time.

Yep, checked again and it is the heater valve.

Does anyone know what part number is that gray hose and how difficult it is to change?
