Early 99 Dog

I have an early 99 F550. I was using it in my business for picking up freight, drive 300 miles empty load about 12 - 16k in utility trailers then 300 miles home. The truck is a dog in higher rpm range and the egts are higher than what I think they should be. It will also throw a code for ipr value too high on hard acceleration. I need to get this truck back on the road and making money. I already did new up pipes and gaskets and I'm thinking what I need to do is put a new hpop and a set of injectors and injector cups in it and hopefully that will take care of the issues but I want to get some second opinions before I drop 3k on this thing.

I'm also going to have the bed off to put a gn hitch in so while I have it off I'm going to clean the fuel tank pickup screen and I already put a new exhaust back pressure valve and tube on it.

If you have the bed off, you should be doing the Hutch Mod. Also, you should gather some data to help trouble shoot why it is acting as it is.

I have torque pro. I pulled some numbers before I pretty much parked it and the only issue I had was a big ipr duty cycle on wot which led me to believe hpop is weak. I did put a new ipr in it also.

Or...there is a leak in the HPOP side of the system....like Injector o-rings.

How many miles? Has it had injector o-rings? What about fuel pressure at wide open throttle? What's the injector pulse width at WOT? Is it chipped or tuned?

Clock says around 125k but I'm not convinced that's accurate. It had an injector cup crack and I was 300 miles from home so had an injector and cup put in that cylinder. FP stays around 60 at wot. Not sure about injector pulse width at wot. I'm not sure torque pro will tell me that and I don't have AE.
