Rough up the sides of the cap with rough sandpaper, or even just rubbing it against the concrete so the cap is rough and not slick. They tend to blow out and launch at you if they are slick. Then start spraying soapy water at every single connection in the charged air pathways. Generally the MAP line and wategate connections always bubble with the bad connectors, worm clamp the MAP. Spray every boot, and plenums, tighten em up till the bubbles are non existent
