I've bought floor pans that were preformed to fit my truck and they didn't fit that well. Next time, I'm going to buy a piece of sheet metal and form it myself. I think it would fit better this way.
Flashback f100’s has almost all US made sheet metal. He says his floor pans are made in the US but I haven’t bought any from him. Reliable and honest dealer.
I’m in the process of installing a new driver pan and cab mounts. I bought the pan from tabco and cab mounts from rock auto. I’m happy with both, the tabco pan seem like thick metal and should make welding it in a little easier. I need to order a passenger floor pan and will order from Tabco again

I went with TabCo for floors, rockers, cab corners, lower inner & outer left door and rear door posts on my 81 F100 and was really happy how they all fit and thick they were.
They even called me to say on my first order I had parts they would over lap a lot and offered to drop a part I did not need and send a flat sheet to use for patching what the panels would not cover.
Turned out I did not need the sheet but did need to order other parts, not the ones I dropped.
