I don't have an OEM bolt to measure and I don't have a good enough selection of grade 8 bolts of that size in my shop to compare to anyways. There will most likely be one close enough to work.
For $70, I would try it on my truck before going OEM if I had to have it right then. If I could wait a few days, then <$10 for an OEM bolt would be my choice.
