Engine option

would a 460 from a 1988 motor home be able to be installed on my 1975 supercab? it has very low miles and need to know if it would be a direct swap. Thank you

What engine does your 1975 have now? 1988 460 has E.F.I.

This is an Econoline E350 Cut-Away Class C motorhome, all the engine mounting parts are completely different than 1973/79 F100/350.

My truck had the 460 but had since been replaced by the PO to a 400.

If the engine mounting parts were changed to the 1977/79 351M/400 type, they will not work w/a 460.
