I just acquired a Dana 60 straight axle out of a wrecked 1990 F350 dump truck with 75k on it and plan to restore it completely, with new gears and new Yukon 4340 Chrome-Moly 35 Spline axle shafts eventually. But to start the process, I need to get everything apart, and right now the only thing I have left to get is the socket.
The problem i'm having currently is that my local O' Reilly's cannot find a spindle nut socket for it. She was only able to find a socket for a Dana 44 and Dana 80. I tried doing some google searching, but can't seem to locate the exact socket i'm looking for.
Any help or part numbers would be greatly appreciated, as well as any testimonials about which one may be the best brand, and where to get it.
